Complimentary Shipping

Complimentary shipping is available for all purchases of 100ml perfumes.

Shipping fees do not include customs & import fees, which will be calculated separately for destinations outside the European Union.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are 2 to 5 days, are indicative and include an order processing time of up to 48 hours.

Delivery Restrictions

Orders cannot be delivered to hotels or PO boxes.

Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped with a delivery note to the address provided when placing the order.

We undertake to make every effort to deliver products within the specified time frame and to keep you informed of the progress of your order by email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the delivery is correct and to report any errors. Delivery times are estimated and include a maximum processing time of 72 hours.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If the carrier indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, contact customer service with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Written notice of non-receipt including the following information: first name, last name, date, place, order number, and reason
  • Photo of your ID (front and back)

Package Received Empty

If you receive an empty package, please contact customer service with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Written notice of non-receipt including the following information: first name, last name, date, place, order number, tracking number, and reason
  • Photo of your ID (front and back)
  • Photos of all 4 sides of the package
  • Photo of the inside of the package
  • Photo of the label on the package

Package Received Damaged

You can refuse a damaged package (especially if the seal is broken) from the carrier.

To report a damaged package, contact customer service with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Written notice of non-receipt including the following information: first name, last name, date, place, order number, tracking number, and reason.
  • Photo of your ID (front and back)
  • Photos of all 4 sides of the package
  • Photo of the inside of the package
  • Photo of the label on the package

Return in Case of Anomaly

In case of a problem, contact customer service on the date of delivery.

Exchanges & Returns

You have 14 days from the date your received your order to request a return and refund.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s charge.

To make a return, contact customer service with your order number and let them know that you have decided to return the products.

Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Please specify:

  • Whether you wish to make an exchange or a return with a refund
  • Date of receipt of the order
  • Your first and last name
  • Your address
  • Your signature
  • Date

PARFUMERIE PARTICULIERE reserves the right to refuse a return if the returned product(s) are incomplete, damaged, or opened.

Refunds

PARFUMERIE PARTICULIERE will issue refunds within 14 days of receiving a return request.

The refund will be credited back to the payment method used to place the order.
